Recommended for anyone needing a quiet stay

I had a solid experience with the room service that let me be left alone during my stay and the hotel staff were very understanding when I dealt with a tough personal situation.

It was really nice being just a short walk from both the beautiful Bivens Arm Nature Park and the historic Haile Homestead, which made my weekend explorations truly enjoyable. the bed in my room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, adding a warm touch to my stay.

However, the check-in staff could be more welcoming, and the lack of amenities, like a hair dryer or iron, was inconvenient. It was also noisy at times with kids running in the hallways, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Spent 28 nights here and it was pretty chill! The lobby staff were quick and friendly, which is awesome. My room was huge and super clean with a comfy bed. Loved having a fridge for my snacks! Only bummer was the small TV with not great picture quality. Oh, and I enjoyed the breakfast options too!

The Standard Queen Room felt pretty rundown. The bed was okay, at least comfortable enough to sleep, but the overall vibe was outdated. I had issues with a roach in the bed and the shower drain being dirty, which was a major turnoff. The noise from neighboring rooms was something else, I could hear everything. Not the best experience at all.
