The hotel/room was clean.

Huge room on lower level was enjoyable.

with the exception of my last night there (I stayed for 4) it was VERY quiet. the last night there were several people who were all there together in rooms near mine. on their departure for the evening (around 11:30 PM!!!) they would stand in the hallway and talk, loudly, discussing plans, hollering at the guy down the hall at the elevator about something....rude.

specifically for the hotel, just the bed was very soft/worn out (caving in in the middle). had I been there with my man, we would have been folded in like a taco!

The good, clean, comfortable room, the availability if the outdoors on our deck, the quiet, the bird calls, the calm. We enjoyed banter with the waiter in the dining room, Ron. And the breakfast was very good. All this for a very modest price!

The lights in the room aren't really bright enough to read by for very long at a time.

Booked a room with particularly nice views onto lake. The staff were knowledgeable, great services. The location was comfy and decent, right by Florida's and the center and the football field, in a downtown area.

The breakfast should have been included.

Room was clean and very quiet; a/c unit was especially quiet unlike most hotel units.

A minor thing, on the side of the bed that the alarm clock was located, neither the clock nor the lamp was plugged in to an outlet. Both were plugged into a triple splitter but there was no electrical outlet within reach. I plugged the clock alone into the closest outlet I could find.

The setting was lovely, as was our upgraded room to a side view of the lake. The room was a nice size.

I was in the 2000 building, and our entrance was on the second floor. There was a terrible odor that seemed like cat urine throughout that floor. Your hotel has potential, but that horrendous odor needs to be removed. New carpeting or tile might eliminate that. We had asked for a non-smoking room. Although we had a nice room, the smoke filled odor was uncomfortable. We went to buy air freshners and room de-ordorizers which did not help. Our toilet leaked around the seam at one point.

great spot for parks and landmarks in the city

It was really nice being just a short walk from both the beautiful Bivens Arm Nature Park and the historic Haile Homestead, made my weekend explorations enjoyable. The bed in my room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Well located for the purpose of my trip, very comfortable accomodations, computer access was handy, staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Location to U. of Florida, in town settling my son in to his first year at the university

Seemed to be going through some upgrades to the facilities.

Very good room and bath clean.

House cleaning did a wonderful job.

I feel charging an extra $2.50 a day for internet, pool, weight room, etc is bad business. I have stayed at many different hotels and have never had an extra charge for these things. Bathroom need a lot of repairs and or updating.

The location is great and the room was large and clean, offering good value for the price. However, the check-in staff could be more welcoming, and the lack of amenities, like a hair dryer or iron, was inconvenient. It was also noisy at times with kids running in the hallways, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The view from the pool (and my balcony) was fabulous!!
